About the neighborhood
This furnished apartment is located in University, a happening neighborhood rocated just southeast of downtown that takes its name from the vast University of Denver. This student-friendly area is perfect for newcomers to the Mile High City. Evans Avenue is hopping with bars, cafes, and restaurants catering to a diverse population. There's also a Safeway in the neighborhood for anyone who prefers to cook at home. University is also great for arts lovers. The neighborhood is home to the Newman Center for the Performing Arts, a gorgeous venue for classical concerts and comedy shows alike.

A few things to note
This apartment can be booked for a minimum of one month.
All bookings require your contact information, pet information, and the number of the Occupant. Also, you'll need to provide identity verification before checking in.
For stays over One month, rent for the first month of your stay and the security deposit are due to book.
For stays between One month and Three months, 40% of the total rent and the security deposit are due to book.
For shorter stays, rent for your entire stay and the security deposit are due to book.

Can I arrange a viewing?
Unfortunately, we do not offer apartment viewings at this point in time. To respect the privacy and convenience of our current Occupants.
