About the neighborhood
This furnished apartment is located in Congress Park, an upscale neighborhood that is named after the lovely park near its southwestern border. The area is mostly residential in character, but there are still plenty of places to eat, drink and make merry. Blue Pan Pizza Congress Park is popular with locals, East Colfax Avenue is lined with cafes and restaurants ranging from Starbucks to Chik-fil-A to the buzzy Lost Lake Lounge. The neighborhood is also home to an outpost of Denver's popular Tattered Cover bookstore franchise. Congress Park proper is a local gem, with an outdoor pool, eight tennis courts and a children's playground.

A few things to note
This apartment can be booked for a minimum of one month.
All bookings require your contact information, pet information, and the number of the Occupant. Also, you'll need to provide identity verification before checking in.
For stays over One month, rent for the first month of your stay and the security deposit are due to book.
For stays between One month and Three months, 40% of the total rent and the security deposit are due to book.
For shorter stays, rent for your entire stay and the security deposit are due to book.

Can I arrange a viewing?
Unfortunately, we do not offer apartment viewings at this point in time. To respect the privacy and convenience of our current Occupants.
